What is Sensia?
Sensia is your personal fragrance assistant: it helps you discover perfumes that match your taste, manage your collection and find more affordable alternatives to your favorites.
What is Sensia Pro?
It is our premium subscription. It unlocks unlimited AI alternatives/dupes, unlimited collection and wishlist, a Pro badge and early access to new features. Weekly, monthly and annual plans are available (with a 3-day free trial on the annual plan).
How do alternatives (dupes) work?
We use artificial intelligence to find perfumes with notes and characteristics similar to your favorites, usually at a more affordable price. It is a Sensia Pro feature.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
From your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscriptions renew automatically; to avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The annual plan’s free trial is not charged if you cancel before it ends.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can do it from the app (Profile → Delete account) or from the account and data deletion page.
